Unable to activate recently purchased Mathcad Prime 9 License

Hi,

I've recently purchased a Mathcad Prime 9 License.

The MyCommerce Order it's licenced to my company "Design and Eng Works".

However when I go to licence the product I get the error message "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type"

I was wondering what I need to do to get this license working?

Many thanks for your help.
I filled out the form to request the email license as per the thread you suggested, but it took me to a page with the following message.

I've just purchased this software though, do I need to wait a while before it registers on the license server?
