You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type

Hello
Im not able to activa my trial version anymore.
The message, when i login is the following:
"You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type"
I have tried to unistall an reinstall it many times now.
Is it posiible for you to help me?
