(begin rant)I believe the new color scheme, (the retina burning white backgrounds) in Creo has destroyed my eyes. I have worked in the CAD biz since 1984. In that time I have operated a half a dozen or so CAD software and all the environments were: Dark room, dark screens, light text. NO Problemo! Fast forward to Creo.....and my eyes are strained and ache every day. I want to get the name and address of the "researchers" that told PTC that white was the new black.(end rant)

We've gone through several iterations of work management/issue tracking, and I'm beginning my research on the next phase and looking for advice.   What do you use for tracking Issues, enhancement requests, trouble tickets, working tasks/projects, go do stuff, etc? How do you maintain a closed loop tracking process of your work on Windchill, Creo, and other PTC products?   Do you use Windchill PDMLink? (PR's for problems, CR's to initiate changes, WTParts to represent Servers or Products) Maybe Windchill ProjectLink? (Plans, Activites, Deliverables, Tasks) What about other PTC products? Integrity, WC Quality Solutions....? A third-party product/service? Sharepoint, Bugzilla, Asana, Taiga.io, Jira, Trello, Basecamp... Do you have your own home grown system? I updated a FOSI that has worked for many years with a few new attribute values. It work fine on one PC, but another user is getting [A12199] couldn't open "external-packetid.exp" for write when he selects an attribute. Any ideas?

I'd like to use inate Arbortext capability, if possible (no ACL or XUI), to make a tag and all possible content show as collapsed by default, or even that tag and all possible content "invisible" if possible. The tag can have text, or child tags within it.
