J is now larger than L, which is a contradiction. Therefor, the set of math jokes is infinite. Now, assume a good math joke, M. If M is a good joke, then it is funny. If a joke is funny, then everyone will know it. If everyone knows a joke, then the joke will not be funny. If a joke is not funny, then it is not a good joke. Therefor, if M is a good joke, M is not a good joke. By contradiction, there are no good math jokes. Therefor: There are infinitely many math jokes and none of them are good.

It happens very rarely to see phenomena like this in the latitudes where I live but this year is already the second time.   These are from last night.      

Heading up north this weekend for some recharge time.   Thinking of those who have been devastated by floods and winds from Hurricane Helene. Keep those people in your prayers that are: 1. Looking for loved ones. 2. Figuring out what is next in life because everything that defined it has been wiped out. 3. Rebuilding after the damage to house, vehicles, roads, infrastructure....   If you have been blessed, how can you be a blessing to those that are around you that are hurting.

Chance of rain this morning. We haven't had rain in about 10 days. Close to breaking a record for the most consecutive days in the 80's in September (11 back in 1961 - the last great climate change year...). Be blessed.   Engineers are ambitiously lazy in that they design things to simply the work, multiply the work, or basically  reduce the work needed to get the job done. With that in mind: If laziness was an Olympic sport, I would come in 4th just so I wouldn’t have to walk up to the podium.

Do something out of the ordinary to make another person's day     A handy man was hired to do some work around the house.   He was given a detailed list of things to be completed.   To my surprise when I checked on him later.   Only jobs 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, had been completed.   Turns out he only does odd jobs.

Several families get togethers this weekend - family in from Houston, from Kentucky and from South Carolina.    4 1/2 (5) quart pails of blueberries picked last night. Blueberries on my Rice Chex for breakfast this morning. I see my favorite no bake blueberry pie in my future!       The “H” in ENGINEERING stands for Happiness!

Hello to all of you! I need some guidance because my career in development is at a junction. I want to create a mobile application that runs on both Android and iOS, but I'm not sure if I should concentrate on front-end, back-end, or full stack development. I also want to decide which programming language is best for creating cross-platform applications. Flutter, React Native, and native programming are some of the possibilities that I've heard about. I went through this article and gained some knowledge but still I have few concerns over which one would offer bright future. I would be grateful for any first-hand experience or guidance from those who have developed cross-platform mobile apps. Thank you in advance for your insights!
