Other Creo Products (Sketch/Layout/Schematics and Creo Direct)

I know it was written in UNIX, but when it was decided to port it to Windows years ago, I feel this should have been addressed. I believe spaces in file names have been allowed since Win 98 (I think), therefore I feel Pro should update as well.

I am using Creo Schematics 4.0 M010HelloI need to use a membermap for a fixed group, containing one variable group and two blocks (with datatables).The help sample here: https://support.ptc.com/help/creo/creo_schem/usascii/index.html#page/Schematics_hc%2FExample__Sample_Membermap_for_a_Variable_Group.html%23...is not precise enough.I cannot manage to have a CSV set running.Do you have any good example of CSV files to share ?RegardsSimon Lagoutte

Hello, does anyone know how to change number of displayed decimal places of real type parameter on schematics?   I would like (please look attached picture) to display only 2 decimal places of the parameter not 6 decimal places as it shows me now. Where can I change that?   Thank you

Hi, in our company I'm using Creo Schematics 2.0 Lite M010. Everything works fine until we updated Windows 10. We have updated Windows 10 to version 1809 (this worked on 1703). From now on I have a problem when I start to input parameter's value for symbol or label because always there is inputed two characters on start. Example I start typing t but in inputed are two t's (tt). I've also noticed that sometimes are inputed unknown characters (on attached pictures) .   Am I only one that have this problem? Can you suggest what could be wrong?   Thanks, T.

I am attempting to hide annotations (flat to screen notes) in Creo View 6.0 by using the Filter tool and unchecking the annotations sections, but they are still not going away. Please see attachment. 

Hello to all,I noticed that the command copy step (ctrl + C) within a sequence does not copy correctly the movements made in the original step.The same goes for the invert step command.Is it a bug or something wrong? ty,Matteo.

Is it possible to wrap text or fix the cell size in a report engine? I am trying to create a revision block for a drawing utilizing the report engine. The user would just have to alter the presets to apply their information. The picture attached shows what I am intending on doing. Currently, we have to adjust the cells and remove borders in order for it to appear correct.

Hello,   We start IsoDraw 7.3 M080 on our new NTB with Nvidia Quadro P600 and we have problem.   When I have drawing in 2D and go full page display (zoom out) the drawings get cracked.   When zoom in it works nice and fast.   We think problem is here with 2 GPU so we turn off integrated GPU in bios.   Problem is something like GPU wont work when display is bigger, somethink like saving off power.   Does anyone know where should be problem ? I am trying to automate Creo Direct through creating asynchronous toolkit which function is available for this and how can i get active creo direct session?

We are the same team and do the same project at that same time. Our product consist of over 200 ea WID. One guy who is leader create BID. and then the other 3 guys create WID.   My questions are ;1. How to check BID-WID with separate BID & WID?2. How to work when team do the same project?

We get often Navisworks Files. Modeling should have a Data Exchange Interface for such files.

Hello,    Can someone tell me how secure the .pvz format is against reverse engineering?   I want to share some assemblies using this format but I'm afraid someone may take the files, convert them to another format, and use them again in a CAD software.    Thanks

When we set a fiber (in block diagram) to THICK_CENTER and then move a block that it is attached to, i get the preview of the change in the fiber, but as soon as i let go..  it locks up and crashes.  Before I place a call is anyone else having this issue?   DONT TRY THIS ON A WORKING DESIGN!!!   Start something new and be ready to kill the process thru task manager.  Using the latest 4.0 M010

Hi there 🙂   I want to save a "Sketch" with dimensions and a note, so i could "stamp" it on drawings and dont have to copy it from existing drawings... I want to save it like a table or symbol and surch in creo after it...   Hope you understand what I'm trying to explain...       here one example how this "sketches" are looking   Thank you and all the best!!!

Hello to all, I am trying to export a Creo Parametric assembly to pvz which contains annotations both at the assembly and part level. I noticed that if I save the annotations in combined states they are exported to pvz and I display them in Creo View 6.0. However, the combined states of the assembly are exported by themselves, but not the parts. Is there any chance to do this? Thank you, Matteo.

Show the diameter or radius symbol directly in sketcher.

If I create an illustration containing a 3D Solid Edge file with the link option, it updates if I edit the native files from the SolidEdge software as would happen with native Creo Parametric files.Or is there no possibility? ty, Matteo.
