library issue

I am using Creo Schematics Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.0.0 getting error message wile trying to use "03_cond_unsielded_molded_DT" - Datatable "03_cond_unsielded_molded_DT" is dependent on item which is not present in internal or Central catalog Here are the errors that I faced Datatable "03_cond_unsielded_molded_DT" is dependent on item which is not present in internal or Central catalog
