How to use a specific reference set in NX when publishing to Creo View?

The above recipe was generated to have our NX Cad worker publish only the Model reference set.  This reference set contains part CAD data only.  Our publisher is still publishing the entire file, including all reference geometry and creates an nearly unusable, very large, Creo View file.  PTC support was unable to provide a solution.  Is there a way to load either a specific NX reference set or a specific NX layer on the NX CAD worker and eliminate all the extra geometry from being published?
