Fall kick off - welcome back from summer holidays
Hello,
Our community has grown - now 19 customers, which is a good size for productive discussions.
Now that summer holidays are wrapping up, we'd like to ramp up discussions in September and October.
To be respectful of your time, we categorized discussion in 3 topics, so please join which every topic(s) are interesting for you:
- "Cradle to Gate". Most companies start here. These topics cover "upstream" (material and component supply) and "operational" footprints (mainly factory). Feature-wise, sample topics include CAD optimization, material selection, supplier management, material compliance, BOM roll up, Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) integration, and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) generation.
- "Cradle to Cradle". These are circularity topics for both design decisions and service operations. Feature-wise, sample topics include modular design (hardware and software), design-for-service, field service optimization, circular service parts logistics, and Digital Product Passports.
- "Design for Sustainability". We're actively building a requirements template for sustainable design best practices. This team will gain early access to a shared instance of this template to discuss/advise on the usefulness/organization of the content.
We plan to have recorded kick-off calls on each topic in September or early October. We'll share our current progress in these calls to start the discussions.
