HelloPls am trying to install creo 3.0 for students but I have an issue. I cannot place the installation key in the provided box because the mouse cannot highlight it. I need help pls so I can start learning.

I just wanted to know if there is an option to get PCX for Cabling and wiring through the academic program? I saw this software in silverstone on the formula student event and want to use it this season for our wiring harness.

I'm looking for documentation on "Connection Server". I want to know how to set it up and the best practices and etc.

Hey Folks,I am going to be going to a school to present about the joys of engineering, kids are aged 15-17, does any one have any good model/analyses examples that would be great to show kids of this age group.All ideas welcome, really trying to sell the delights of engineering to them.CheersChris

In the latest Robotalk session, a question was asked about making animations with creo.  I volunteered to upload my animation to the community.The animation I created is great for scouting, as it helps other teams visualize how your robot works, and will help them decide whether or not your team is a good pick.  I made the animation by creating several Mechanism Analyses and then splicing them together using a video editor like iMovie.  The animation is of a Block Party robot, with the Indiana Jones theme song playing.  From what I heard, Mechanism Analyses will be explained in upcoming Robotalk sessions. Hello Friends,I am suing Creo 3.0 M040 with K-12 Licence for Students or Educational purpose. When I opened Creo Simulate I got an error about Licence. It shows to contact Licence Provider. How to use Creo Simulate using K-12 Licence.

How can i register the quality Agent ?PTC says quality agent can not be registered : insufficient user access

Downloading the new ptc parametric 3.0 was fine but using it is difficult. It often pauses and shows the message "not responding". I use a dell inspiron 5520 with a windows 10 system. Would this be because I still have previous versions installed on my laptop as well?

Hi, We are an FTC team and trying to use Windchill to set up the project plan for the season. Since our team is high school students, the normal resource definition is not applied to us. When we create the activities, we would like to have the duration set automatically as the calendar day duration from the estimated start to the end date. But currently it is calculated to a bigger number than the actual calendar days. Is there a special setting we should use to get it display correctly to us?Also would like to know the best practice in recording the status of the activity. The activities normally span for a few weeks, we would like to record status updates during our weekly team meeting. Thanks.Fang Wang

I started my free download of PTC Creo for our First-Tec team and part way through it stopped and I can not restart it or find any way to reload it. What or were do I go?

Can anyone tell me why creo parametric wont download to my laptop

I want to start out by saying I am installing 3.0 on a very old PC.  Creo 2.0 trial ran without issue.  3.0 opens and seems to run OK but after it is open for a few minutes I get the following pop up.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled.  Also, repaired installation.  No change.  Any ideas?  Is it due to browsers out of date? i tried to install the student edition in creo 2.0 as per the instruction of my university but i found this right after i clicked the program after installationLicence request failed for featureRequesting PROE _EDU17788@172.16.1.100(-96)Licence server machine is down or not responding I installed pro e student edtion last time but it was sucessful . I am having trouble using creo on my laptop. I have downloaded and installed the software but when trying to open and use it a system error accurs. It states that ucore46.dll is missing from my computer and that reinstalling the program may fix it. I have reinstalled multiply times and the same system error keeps accuring. How can I correct this?

When I am on the license screen it does not let me input my code. I am on a network that I cannot turn off the firewall for open communication

Hello,I just purchased Creo Pro/Engineer Student Edition / Wildfire 5, and cannot get it installed.  I am able to get the license and when it is supposed to be copying files, it sits at 1% and never moves.  No errors, just sits there.  I have let it sit overnight, no change.The system is a Windows 8.1 system with 32GB of RAM and 6 cores, installing onto an SSD.  Has multiple SSDs in it, and when pathing to another one, same problem.I decided to try installing on a different system, a Windows 10 system that I have, and it won't allow me to, since it activated the license for the other system.Both systems are x64, so I decided to try running the 32-bit version.  Exhibits the same behavior.I am kind of stuck here..  I want to learn this software, but I can't get it to run.  I even went as far as trying the regular trial on my first system and it causes it to BSOD when loading it.  Right now I think I wasted my money on the student version to learn t
