"Application Selection" Blank for Creo 10 University Student Edition Premium License

Hello, I just purchased "Creo 10 University Student Edition Premium License", but when I go to install it, the "Application Selection" screen is blank as though I have nothing to download. I didn't have any issue downloading the free version of the student license. I deleted the older version of Creo, as well as the old license.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for the help.
