Creo 4.0 M 060 does not open

Hello, I have a problem with Creo 4.0. It does not launch after the installation. I have tried everything and saw every topic here about this wont launch problem,but still nothing. my laptop i7 16gb ram with nvidia geforce gtx 950.

 

Does anyone have any ideas what to do?

 

P.S. when I install mathcad with creo instalation package, mathcad works fine and does not have any problems.

and find my response from 2019-01-24 05:11 PM.

Download CS258965_WA_files.zip and replace parametric.exe.
