Creo licence

Hello, I have 2 licence codes but when I write them down I have an error stating that it is an invalid code, but they are valid. 

What can I do?

1. What version of the program are you using?
2. Please show a screenshot of your error.

Hello, I use I use Creo 6.0, I will show you, but my program is in french so not sure it helps.
