Emergency technical support

Hi,

During the installation of Creo Student 7.0 i had a problem.
The warning you can see in the picture below keeps poping up and even though i can finish the installation despite the warning; i cant manage to open Creo Parametric. There seems to be a Creo Agent fail.
I would love your immediate answer and support, as i need the program to keep up with my university work.
