Error in Creo Student Edition installation

Hello everyone, I’m trying to install PTC Creo Student but I’m getting an error and I’m not sure what the problem is.

The error message says:

“Installation failed. Please check the installation log file for more information. You can restart the failed application installation or click Exit to close the installer.”

Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or how I can fix it?
