Error message while installing Creo 9.0 "You have reached the maximum number of license requests"

Hello, I am trying to reinstall the newest version of creo (9.0) on my personal Computer. When I am trying to install the education license an error occurs: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type". I have used Creo 2.0, 4.0 and 6.0 for uni projects before.
