I Cannot Run Creo 6.0.2

Hello,

 

I am an engineering student who last semester bought a license to use creo parametric and successfully used it for a couple months however now it will not run.

When I try to open creo it gives the following pop up

Then when I click yes, it gives this pop up,

What is the issue here and what do I need to do in order to use creo?

Hi,

 

try following:

  • uninstall PTC Quality Agent item
  • install PTC Quality Agent item using qualityagent_64.msi
  • qualityagent_64.msi is located in install\addon sub-directory of Creo installation media (~4GB zip file)
