Is anyone else unable to use their Academic Creo license after it expired?

Hello,

I was using Creo Parametric 10.0.9.0 (standard version) with an Academic license.

Recently, I received a notification that my license was about to expire, so I reinstalled Creo and tried to activate it again. However, I found that my Academic license is no longer available, and I cannot use it anymore.

I have already requested a new Academic license, but it is still being processed.

I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue. Is this a temporary problem with the PTC licensing system, or is it only affecting my account?

Any information or shared experiences would be appreciated.
