Licence Request Failed for Feature

I have a fresh installation of CREO 11.0 with a free university license, every time I open the CREOParametric software I get the following error, and when I click OK the program crashes:

 

Licence Request Failed for Feature

 

Requesting CREOPMA_Student3...

 

Run ptcstatus.bat for server status

 

 

 

Any help is really appreciated 😉

Hi,

BK410705EDSTUDENTUNICL code belongs to Creo 4.0. BK410705EDSTUDENTUNICL_license.dat contains Creo 4.0 license.

 

Q: Is there any other file in C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory?

 

Q: Did you remove all files from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing directory before starting Creo 11.0 installation?
