Licence request failed for feature, error (-9) Invalid host

Hello, I'm a student trying to install creo 8.0, but after trying several times it doesn't seem to work. Sometimes it works for one day and then the next day it won't again.  After opening creo it immediately shows (-9) invalid host. I have added the picture showing the exact problem. 

Does someone know how to help me?

Hi,

I guess that license file is generated using MAC address of WiFi network card -AND- Windows use randomization of MAC address. Please read https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/how-to-use-random-hardware-addresses-in-windows-ac58de34-35fc-31ff-c650-823fc48eb1bc page.

1. Read this article - "Error - The License file you have requested contains an error, Invalid Host. The host id of this system does not match the host id specified in the license file. FLEXnet Licensing Error: -9,57": https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS26634
