License request failed for feature CREOPMA_StudentP6 - Invalid host (-9)

Hello,

I am using Creo 12 University Edition with my student account.

My license file contains Host ID 34-DE-89-85-DD-22, but my current system MAC address is 60-FF-9E-19-AC-B8. Creo shows the error:

"License request failed for feature CREOPMA_StudentP6 - Invalid host (-9)"

I am using the same laptop and have already reinstalled Creo and reconfigured the license. I also cannot access License Management because my account shows "Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges".

Please regenerate/reset my University Edition license for my current host ID.
