Licensing Error Creo 7.0.2.0

I'm trying to download, install, and use the student version of Creo parametric. I successfully downloaded it 3 times now but each time had an error "0x06000012" when trying to use it. I deleted everything and am trying to install again and now I'm getting a licensing error. (It says Error! when I click install licensing. Using the code BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI.
