Maximum number of license requests Creo Parametric 8.0 Student edition

Hello,

I am a student and have been using PTC Creo 8.0 Education. Since yesterday, however, I have been experienceing an issue with my license. When I try to update it, I receive the following error message: "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type". 

 

I have read on the forum that it is possible to reactivate the maximum number of requests, but I am not sure how to do this. Could someone please explain the steps I should follow to resolve this issue?
