Hi!I have some difficulties renewing my student licence for Creo 7.0.2.0. When I try renewing it, it says my account is not verified ("Client non vérifié"), as shown in joint screenshot.I tried solving my problem following the diverse steps described in this post :Renewing my password (I was careful not to use any special characters and only used a-b and 0-9).Removing the existing licence from C:\ProgramData\PTC\Licensing and reinstalling the licence through the setup.exe from the installation folder. (In this case, it gives me an error but no information on it)Uninstalling everything from PTC and reinstalling it.Using the reconfigure.exe file from C:\Program Files\PTC\Creo 7.0.2.0\Parametric\bin.Is it a known problem? Hi!
