Unable to get past step 2 of the installation guide
When I arrive at step 2 of the installation process, there is nothing for me to download.
This is what comes up and do not know how to proceed.
"According to our records, there are no products entitled to software updates.
Due to recent changes in our Mathcad products, an entitlement to Mathcad Prime 7.0 has been added to the license file as a new serviceable item. For customers using floating licenses to serve multiple versions of Mathcad, this will enable you to checkout more licenses than you are entitled to. This is a temporary situation, as the serviceable item for Prime 6.0 and earlier versions is no longer distributed by PTC for new or renewed subscriptions (refer to the Mathcad Upgrade Page for more information). The Customer is responsible for ensuring that you do not use more licenses than you have purchased, and you will not be able to rely on the license file to manage that compliance for you. If assistance is needed, please use the Case Logger to open a ticket with PTC Technical Support."
