Vuforia Studio Publish issues

I downloaded and use Creo Parametric and Creo Illustrate. I then downloaded the Vuforia Studio install off the same education website. I can create projects just fine in Vuforia Studio. But when I try to publish the project I always get the error:" localhost 3000 says Missing Required Information". I believe the error is because I don't have the Default Experience Service URL set correctly and don't know what it should be. Can you publish with the educational version of Vuforia Studio? And if you can, what setting should I use?
