When I start Creo parametric 11.0 i got only black screen. I can't do anything. pls help me i'm new

I have a Dell Xps 15 9530 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900H 2.60 GHz, RAM 32,0 GB, NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 4070 with driver studio, windows 11 Pro. Here is the image of the problem:
