Can not access: https://support.ptc.com/apps/business_support/auth/ssl/assistant

I can not acccess https://support.ptc.com/apps/business_support/auth/ssl/assistant
as per CS422382

I receive the following error 

Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges

Hi ​@sbernad

Looking into your user account details, I don’t see the required “supportVerified” attribute. Could you please access https://support.ptc.com/appserver/common/account/secure/wamUpgrade.jsp, enter one of the required pieces of information from one of your orders (either a Sales Order Number or a Site Number) to complete your upgrade?  With this done, you should be able to access the My PTC Assistant (and all other eSupport tools).

Hi Peter,
thanks, when I entered the Site Number and received the mail for verification, clicked on the link I have constant reloading (multiple times a second) of the verification page without any ‘progress’.

Hi Sven,

Thanks for proceeding with your account verification. Is the reloading happening on the verify_wait.jsp page ? 

There are several background actions that trigger when this page is displayed and it can be sensitive to stored history if you use multiple PTC accounts. Could you please try the flow again using a fresh browser window in Incognito or InPrivate mode, and pasting the link from your verification email ?

Hi Peter,
yes, this happens on the verify_wait.jsp page. 
I am sorry, but still no change. I’ve used an incognito window of a fresh installed Firefox instance (regularly I used Chrome a standard browser). But I still have the constant refresh of the verification page.

And yes, I have two PTC Accounts (as most of my colleagues have due to historical reasons (we once had two PTC Customer Numbers as a company)), but both are connected to different Mail adresses. And our plan is to delete most of the secondary accounts.
