PTC support articles no longer visible

@PeterCase,

I wanted to point out a couple of support articles that are no longer visible even though they are referenced in other articles.:

https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS454021

https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS438073

Both relate to the issue raised in this discussion

https://community.ptc.com/t5/Windchill/Tasks-disappear-every-day-between-4-5-PM-PST/m-p/1001708

Is it possible to check whether they have been modified and can therefore be made available for consultation again?

Thank you

Hi @Marco_Tosin ,

Thank you for raising this. I looked into the status of the two articles you mentioned and here’s what I found:

  • https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS438073 – This article addressed a one-off issue that occurred between February 24th and 25th, 2025, and has since been resolved. As the issue is no longer reproducible, the article was removed from the Public Knowledge Base. If you still need access to its content, I’d be happy to temporarily republish it—just let me know.

  • https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS454021 – This article is currently under revision and will be republished once the issue is clarified.

If you have a specific article or discussion where these links are referenced, feel free to share it. I did check internally but couldn’t locate any articles that currently reference them.

Thank you
Romain

Hi @Marco_Tosin ,

Article is public again. Let me know if you find value in it. In that case, we will update it to make it more generic and not related to that specific one off issue with our portal.

Thanks

Romain
