Cannot drag green line anywhere in model tree

I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.6.0

When using CREO Parametric I cannot drag the green line in the model tree anywhere. When I try I get a red circle with a line through it.

Update to the Dell Display manager solved the issue.

This is usually the case when another dashboard is (still) open.

Example: The Model Tree has limited functionality while a new feature (e.g. Extrude) is being created and the dashboard is waiting for user input and confirmation. After confirming, creating the new feature and closing the dashboard, the INSERT HERE bar can be moved again.
