CreO 3.0 on Windows 10Pro

Hi

I have some problems with running CreO 3.0 on the windows 10 Pro platform ( student license ). For example there is no zoom from the roll on the mouse, I can not save my work - permission problem. The similar problem (with saving) I had with Excel files ,from Microsoft CC I got advice reinstall Office software.

Have I reinstall CreO 3.0 also to clear out this problems with its proper running.
