I am using Creo Parametric - Release 5.0 (connected) Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.0.0

Automatic Pop-up:
In Creo Draftings :- Pop-ups should appear asking for the details of drawing name/file name, size, scale.

      If your drawing formats use tables that call for parameters in the model that are not available, then Creo will prompt you for the value for those cells.

      I think you (or your company) are lacking in your creo setup.
