"Feature Operations" tool in Creo 8

I am using Creo Parametric Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.6.0

Hello,
I would like to know is in Creo 8 available a function: "Feature Operation" in the "Model" tab? This function was available in Creo 2, but I cannot find it in Creo 8 interface.
