Frustrated!!!

is it only me or other people are as frustrated with PTC License Management web site as I am? I am lost with all the (outdated) youtube help videos on how to use it. Moving a license from one machine to another is quite complicated task: you can not create a new server on the fly, reports are useless and only available by mail. What are you thinking PTC?
