Want to install PTC Integrity Lifecycle Manager Client on Windows 11 Enterprise Multisession

I’m trying to install PTC Integrity Lifecycle Manager Client on Windows 11 enterprise Multisession (That is basically a Windows Server), but I get and error message that says:
Error writing LaunchAnywhere components (Access Denied).
