Windchill RV&S : Command line window pop-up while adding members in Windchill RV&S version 13.1.0.1

Does anyone know the reason behind this issue? I am getting a command line window pop while trying to add members in configuration management side of Windchill RV&S.

 

After looking through the client logs. I found out that this : 

Running trigger from preference si.AddMembers.post named AMpost command: cmd /k "edit %MKSSI_WORKINGFILE%"

 

but I didn't found any relevant trigger in either of client or server side of the Windchill RV&S.
