Question

.cgm & .pdf files are not loading in Creo view 11 MCAD.

We are trying to compare the .cgm drawings and pdf drawings in Creo view, but the files are not loading.

For .cgm it just blank and for .pdf it throws file is invalid. 

Also have attached file for reference
