Codebeamer ALM Dashboard widgets are not visible in the word Document

Hello,
Story of the Issue:
While exporting dashboards to Word in Codebeamer ALM, I noticed that only some widget are successfully included in the document. Specifically, charts like Bar charts and Pie charts are not appearing in the exported word document. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.
Codebeamer version 2.1.0.2 is deployed on an Ubuntu 22+ Linux machine. For this issue I have followed the document provided by PTC Configuring PhantomJS for codeBeamer
As per the solution mentioned in the PTC document I installed PhantomJS v2.1.1 on the server. However, based on my understanding and research, PhantomJS 2.1.1 is not compatible with OpenSSL 3.x, which comes bundled with Ubuntu 22+. I suspect that this OpenSSL incompatibility might be preventing proper rendering of the charts during export.
Question:
Would downgrading OpenSSL to version 1.x (which is compatible with PhantomJS 2.1.1) potentially resolve this issue without causing any disruption to the existing Codebeamer server?
