[Codebeamer Trial] REST API Access Permission Request

Hi, 

Users cannot enable access to the REST or Remote API directly in the Codebeamer trial environment. The trial instance is managed by PTC, so API permissions must be granted by the platform administrators.

The best option is to open a request through PTC support or the trial administrator so they can enable the Remote API Access permission for the account. Once the permission is granted, the REST API endpoints should become accessible with the same credentials.
