Unable to import changes using a Round-trip Word Export

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble importing updates into my Test Case Tracker in Codebeamer. The updates were made to the export I generated using the round-trip export with a custom template. This template was created by modifying the provided PTC template. However, I'm receiving an error message stating that "no updates are in the file."

Below are the table from the template, an image of the updated table for reference, and the error message I'm getting.

Has anyone experienced this issue before, or can anyone offer advice on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
