Can Kepware be setup as a MODBUS TCP Server

I am trying to setup a MODBUS TCP server in Kepware.   I have defined ModBus Addresses such as 40001 in Kepware and am trying to access the data from a MODBUS client.... and it is NOT connecting...  Can this be done /or/ is Kepware's Modbus TCP driver only a Client ?

Please take a look at the following article, as it may help resolve your issue:

CS333360 - How to connect to a localhost Modbus TCP/IP Slave device in PTC Kepware Products

If you're prompted to log in to view the full content, you can use your MyKepware login credentials.

Note: If the client is not running on the same PC, you may want to configure the Network Adapter IP instead of using the loopback address, so the client can access the server properly.
