Network adapter is missing. Default adapter is showm

Network adapter is not shown. So getting BAD in client file.

Following action also done but still not showing it.

Start the server_config.exe as Administrator

Go to KEPServerEX 6\server_config.exe > right click Properties > Compatibility > Change Settings for all users > Run this program as administrator > Enable.

Please suggest what to do for Quality as good in client file
