DO not receive student purchase email

I have used Mathcad Prime 10.0.1.0 for one month and I would like to purchase the full software for one year. I am a student at University of Wisconsin and would like to purchase the student version. When I select to buy and provide my info, I get a dialog that says to watch my email for a link. That email never comes. Can you help me purchase the student version? Thank you - Dave
