License activation failed

I received the license file in an email and I tried to activate the license but it gave me this error message:
License Status: Invalid
License Type: No License
Date Issued:
Expiration Date:
File: C:\Users\mudha\Documents\Mathcad\sw_license_email_593242.dat

12/21/2024 12:09:43 PM : The license request failed.
Requesting MathcadPrime ...
C:\Users\mudha\Documents\Mathcad\sw_license_email_593242.dat: (-5) No such feature exists.

Could you please help?
