Unable to install Mathcad Prime 9 Student Edition License

Hi, 
I have purchased a student version Mathcad Prime 9 Student Edition License. (If you give me your e-mail I can send you the the proof of payment).

I cannot install the software on my computer; If it is already installed on any machine, please delete it so I can install it on my machine. 

So please allow me to install the software on my machine.
