Will Mathcad work on a Mac Book Pro using VMware or Parallel Software to create a virtual XP Pro platform?

up to now, I know only the following:

1. VMware or Parallel software-->windows-->mathcad

2. bootcamp-->windows-->mathcad

3. mathcad 6+ for mac
