Cabling: changing location sequence

Is there a way to reorder the sequence of locations within a network? Pushing them up or down in the primary defined sequence you might need to reconsider in the course of your design?

Additionally, I would like to know if it's possible to remove a location within a routed wire/cable without it being deleted in the network itself.

Is this question related to Creo Elements Direct/Cabling or to Creo Parametric Cabling, they are two different products.
