Merging ideas

I'm currently also trying to review all the published ideas (I'm on page 50 of 238). I also saw some of them that were repeated or could be merged, others already implemented, but I was not so methodic as @StephenW to take note of them and aid @olivierlp in the process. I'll try to do it going forward.

On the substance, thank for your help! If we can do this at scale, it will help prevent duplicates.
