Hey, I have a similar problem but I can't change my password to one without special characters. Is there a solution?

I’m trying to renew my student license to continue using Creo. I followed the previously mentioned post and attempted to reset my password without special characters. However, the system doesn't allow me to do so, as it forces me to use special characters.
In the settings, I noticed an "N" next to Creo, which I assume might mean "No". Could someone please provide guidance or assistance on how to successfully renew my student license?
