Need a student license. for Creo Parametric 10

I did the sign up and downloaded Creo 10 Parametric but I need a license. I am aststudent that attends College of Marin. I also have a design and testing office/laboratory that tests stuff for the government. I would like to know how I can run the software and learn how to design aircraft and other parts. Thanks for the help and many blessings.

You can get Student license for free

https://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo10_unistudent_standard.pdf

 

Student license does not enable you to work with files created using Commercial license.

I guess Commercial license is necessary to be able to tests stuff for the government.
