Creo version: all versions are affected
We have noticed that some users are unable to open Creo through the Netskope Private Access service, while others can. All policies and private app definitions are identical.
The application becomes unresponsive, and users must force-close the window to stop the process.
The only difference between the two groups appears to be the Wi-Fi provider they are using.
Users who connect successfully and consistently are using an iPhone hotspot, while those experiencing unstable or failed connections are using home/office Wi-Fi or an Android hotspot.
The issue is reproducible when testing with the same user across different Wi-Fi sources.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
